Summary: On Christmas Eve, Johnny and Lulu reflect on their future, Ethan gets his sister a weird present.

It was the first Christmas that Lulu and Johnny were celebrating as a couple (again), Johnny walked into the living room on Christmas morning eyeing the decorated fir in the living room but, his brown eyes landed on what was going on under the tree. Lulu Spencer was heavily eight months pregnant with triplets, finishing wrapping the rest of the last minute gifts she had begged Johnny to get.

"How much do you want to bet Ethan got me something stupid?" Lulu grunted, ripping some wrapping paper off of the roll.

"That's inevitable, babe. Are you sure you don't want any help with that?" Johnny eyed her, their boys would be here in less than two months if that.

"Johnny, I'm not incapable of wrapping a few presents. Now, getting to my feet is a completely different story." Lulu sighed, finishing the last present as Johnny held out his hands to her.

"Thank you, appreciate it." Lulu groaned, waddling over to the couch and sitting down.

"Any chance you'll go into labor on Christmas Day?" Johnny wondered, kissing her head.

"God, I hope not. Johnny, there is nothing worse than having a birthday near Christmas which you should know." Lulu rolled her eyes, Johnny's birthday had been on the twenty-third. Tomorrow would be Christmas Day.

"I know, I just want them here now!" Johnny laughed.

"It's heartwarming that you're so excited to be a daddy." Lulu smiled, tears of joy gathering in her hazel eyes.

"I never really had a family growing up, I never thought I'd be a father. You know? Then, you came along. Or waddled along. Whatever. I thought I'd be lucky to have one kid but, three? At one time? Sign me up. We're going to be the best parents." Johnny joined her on the couch, his hand settling on her enlarged stomach.

"Waddling along?" Lulu swatted at his chest, laughing.

"Lulu, you are the sexiest penguin I've ever met." Johnny smirked.

"I wasn't aware you knew a lot of penguins!" Lulu cackled, throwing her head back laughing.

"Anything to make you laugh, baby." Johnny pulled her body closer to him, or as close as she could get with a beach ball of a stomach.

"I'm too fat." Lulu pouted.

"You are not, you're fucking beautiful! You're ethereal. Spinelli taught me that word, I know what it means now! You are growing three little babies inside of your body, you've created a nice home for them. You aren't fat baby, even if you were I'd still love you." Johnny glanced over at her, so far Lulu hadn't really had any mood swings or anything which was shocking.

"You're really proud that you're finally using ethereal right. Aren't you?" Lulu chuckled, wiping her face.

"Yes, yes I am." Johnny agreed.

"I love you, Johnny Zacchara." Lulu leaned her head on his chest.

"I love you, future Mrs. Zacchara." Johnny kissed her head, his eyes wandering down to her pear shaped diamond engagement ring.

"Mrs. Zacchara has a nice ring to it." Lulu smiled, leaning up to kiss him. The next morning, Lulu, Johnny and Ethan sat around the Christmas tree with coffee mugs in hand, Ethan had made them all hot Chocolate.

"This one is for you, please don't judge me too harshly." Ethan winced, handing Lulu a present.

"What did I tell you? I knew it was going to be stupid." Lulu gave Johnny a look. Lulu ripped the package open, lifting up a rubber chicken.

"The hell am I supposed to do with this??"

 Johnny's eyes darted from his father Anthony who was lying in the hospital bed, to Trevor Lansing who had that smirk on his face and finally to his sister Claudia... whose brown eyes were gauging Johnny's reaction.

 

"Hi John, I've missed you." Claudia went to give her brother a hug but, Johnny just shook his head.

 

"What is this all about? When we were kids you promised me that you wouldn't leave me with that monster we call a father but, you left me to fend for myself! I would rather that you didn't come back at all. Why are you here?" Johnny crossed his arms by means of protecting himself.

 

"John, I couldn't just stay there." Claudia sighed, biting the inside of her lip.

 

"I wasn't important enough to you?" Johnny barked out a laugh.

 

"John, this wasn't about you. I'm sorry that Maria died but, you can't blame me for what he did!" Claudia placed her hand on her chest, surprised.

 

"You've got it twisted, sis. I'm not blaming you for what Anthony did. I'm not blaming you at all, I'm holding you accountable for what you did do. You did abandon your baby brother when you promised him you would be there for him. Why are you here?" Johnny shook his head, she wasn't going to turn this around on him.

 

"John, you need to leave that Spencer girl alone. That's why I'm here." Claudia sighed, distaste falling around her words.

 

"You don't even know Lulu, you know what Trevor told you which is a bunch of lies. I'm not going to stand here and listen to a bunch of bullshit. I'm out of here." Johnny pushed past Trevor and Claudia, pulling his cellphone from his pocket and dialing the only person he wanted to talk to.

 

"Hello?" Lulu Spencer flipped open her line green phone, pressing it to her ear as she cleaned up the last of the dishes at Kelly's.

 

"Where are you? I really need to see you." Johnny sighed, speeding off.

 

"Johnny? Are you okay? I'm locking up Kelly's tonight, you can meet me here if you want." Lulu was immediately alarmed.

 

"Lulu, we need to get out of this town. We can go somewhere and start the hell over, I'm tired of this place. I'm tired of the mob. I'm sick of anyone that isn't you." Johnny sounded completely exhausted.

 

"How does Chicago sound?" Lulu asked, she wasn't going to turn him down.

 

"That sounds amazing, I'm almost to Kelly's. I'll see you soon."

A/n: this takes place in 2010, the premise is basically that Johnny had a child with an unknown woman and she left his daughter on Johnny's doorstep, his daughters name is Reagan Marie Zacchara and Johnny is basically thrust into parenthood. Johnny goes to Lulu for help and she basically nudges him in the right direction. Eventually, they realize they still have feelings for each other and Lulu moves in with Reagan and Johnny. Reagan is two and a half. Lulu works for a company called Goldstar, which is a publishing company/newspaper. There will be some characters from different soaps making their way into this story. Anyway, I hope someone enjoys this!

 Lulu Spencer unlocked the door to the house she lived at with Johnny and Reagan, today hadn't been a good day at all. Leaning against the kitchen counter, she fought the urge to get alcohol out of the fridge. Lulu was three weeks sober and she couldn't let herself slip up and throw all of her hard work away.

 

"Hey, I didn't hear you come in. How was work?" Johnny Zacchara walked down the stairs, carrying a laundry basket.

 

'It wasn't the best, if I'm being honest." Lulu sighed, taking a hand through her blonde hair.

 

"What happened?" Johnny grabbed her hand.

 

"There's just a bunch of uppity women that work there. I have a picture of you, me and Reagan sitting on my desk and...they want to poke fun at Reagan not looking like me or being my daughter. Are we in high school again? Because I swear I'm twenty-four." Lulu fought the urge to roll her eyes.

 

"Lulu, you are her mother in every way that counts. I'm sorry, you shouldn't have to deal with that." Johnny sighed, taking her in his arms.

 

"I know I am and I am...so grateful for everything I have. I went to GH today after work." She might as well get the news out in the open.

 

'Is everything okay? I would have went with you." Johnny was concerned, he pulled back to look at her.

 

"I know, I just needed to face the music by myself. You know how you were talking about having a child of our own? Well, I don't know if that's going to be a reality." Lulu bit her lower lip.

 

"What do you mean?" Johnny asked, was she breaking up with him?

 

"Dr. Lee told me that I have a T shaped uterus and apparently you can't carry a child to term. She told me that I can correct it with the same surgery Sam had but, it's risky. I don't know if I should do it. I want to have a little baby of our own but, I'm nervous about surgery." Lulu quickly explained, Johnny immediately understood why she was upset.

 

"Lulu, you know that I love you and I want a baby but...I would never force you to do anything. I'm sorry, I know how much this hurts you. You don't have to get the surgery babe, do what's comfortable for you. We have Reagan and you are her mommy in every way that counts. We love you to the moon and back, I know you're trying to start your journalism career too...maybe we put this on hold for awhile. I want you to be happy." Johnny sighed, rubbing up and down her arms.

 

"Thank you for being so understanding, I'm on the fence about it. I don't have any complaints about the life I have with you and Reagan, we're only on our early twenties. You're right, we've got all the time in the world." Lulu lays her head on his chest, Johnny's arms enveloping around her.

 

"I love you, you're the woman for me. Things aren't going to change between us because of what Dr. Lee told you, there are always plenty of kids that need adopting and there's surrogacy. We have options, okay? Whatever you decide, I am here for it. Alright?" Johnny held her in his arms as his brown eyes gently grazed over her features.

 

"Thank you baby, that's exactly what I needed to hear. Do we have anything planned for today? I was going to grab a bite to eat with the girls tonight." Lulu smiled up at him.

 

"No babe, go and have fun. You deserve it." Johnny smiled, kissing her forehead.

 

"I'm going to go take a shower, I love you." Lulu quickly kissed him, before going upstairs to take a shower. The front door opened and Reagan Zacchara rushed into the house, followed by Samantha Cain.

 

"Hey there, sweetheart. How was your day with Aunt Sam?" Johnny smiled, picking his daughter up.

 

"So much fun!" Reagan smiled, hugging her dad.

 

"We had a very fun day at the park, didn't we?" Sam smiled at Reagan.

 

"Lulu's upstairs taking a shower, she should be ready any minute. She got some news, she really needs this night out." Johnny sighed.

 

"Those girls at that company are a piece of work, let me tell you. We're glad to do it." Sam nodded, about ten minutes later Lulu came back downstairs.

 

"Mommy! Are you leaving?" Reagan poked out her bottom lip, Lulu kneeled down to her level.

 

"I'll only be gone for a little bit, baby. Trust me, I'll always come home to you and daddy. You guys are my whole entire world. I love you both so much. Now, come give me a hug." Lulu smiled, Reagan threw her arms around Lulu's neck.

 Lulu Spencer had been having a hell of a day, honestly she was just ready to go home but Kate insisted that Lulu go get them coffee an hour before it was time to leave! An hour? Really?

 

"I'm about to crash out Johnny, I swear to God." Lulu Spencer blabbed, on the phone with her boyfriend Johnny Zacchara as she walked off of the elevator.

 

"Babe, you'll be okay. Come over tonight." Johnny fought the urge to chuckle, Lulu might actually kill him if he laughed.

 

"To Crimson Pointe?" Lulu wrinkled her nose, Johnny's father's house gave her the creeps!

 

"No baby, I bought a penthouse apartment. I thought it was about time we had a place of our own. Think about it, you hate living at The Quartermaine's. I hate living at Crimson Pointe. It's perfect." Johnny hoped this would make her happy.

 

"Johnny, you really did that? Oh my gosh, you've just earned yourself a blow job." Lulu smirked, shutting her car door.

 

"Do me a favor and please buckle your seatbelt...I'm looking way too forward to tonight to lose you." Johnny hears the dinging in her car over the phone.

 

"Aren't you the sweetest? I'm looking forward to tonight, too. I love you, Mr. Zacchara." The declaration slipped out of her mouth, almost like breathing.

 

"You do?" Johnny was shocked, they'd never said it out loud before.

 

"Of course I do." Lulu chuckled, putting her car in drive and going to Kelly's.

 

"You mean the world to me, Lulu Spencer. I love you, too. Please be safe." Johnny sighed, he didn't know what he'd do without her.

 

"Don't worry, I don't think you'll have to break any bones today." Lulu smirked, pulling into the parking lot.

 

"Don't tempt me." They hung up and Lulu went inside to get their coffee, she drove back to Crimson and decided that she was leaving early.

 

"You can't just leave." Maxie Jones rolled her eyes.

 

"Bite me, witch." Lulu breezed to the elevator, not caring if she got fired. For the first time in her life she was with a man that loved her and right now, getting to Johnny was all that mattered.
